Does Kentucky require a bill of sale for trailer transfers?

How long does it take to get a title in Kentucky?
Standard title applications in Kentucky are processed at the County Clerk Office. Registration and plates are typically issued same-day at the office window. The physical title certificate is mailed to you within 2–6 weeks depending on state processing times.
Can I register an out-of-state trailer in Kentucky?
